Volunteers get early access to the Vendor Room! Volunteers are eligible to shop for the first hour of the Vendor Room with Sakura Club Members. This perk does not include any other Sakura Club Membership perks.

Volunteers at our entry level who complete the required hours and adhere to our policies will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a FREE Sakura Membership for 2027!
Sakura Membership can be transferred, but not sold.

OS4CA events are entirely volunteer-produced. We are looking for volunteers at every level and have opportunities for all. Each department is managed by a Department Head, who reports to a Director.

​​TOK Volunteer Requirements

All volunteers must complete a total of 12 hours. It is required that you participate an orientation. Your assistance with Set-Up and Tear Down is appreciated but not required.

The event is run by volunteers. All positions are unpaid.
​

Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older by Wednesday, June 24, 2026. There are some exceptions to this requirement if a parent or legal guardian is also volunteering.​

The deadline for signing up is April 30, 2026. You will be notified by email by May 9, 2026, if you are selected as a volunteer.

If you are selected as a volunteer, please remember that your behavior is an example to the other attendees. If your behavior is not to the standard of OS4CA, you may lose some or all incentives earned, be relieved of duty, and possibly be removed from the convention. Please ensure you read our Code of Conduct prior to applying.​
