Media Event Pass

Who May Apply

We invite applications from:

​

• Journalists and Reporters from print, digital, television, or radio outlets

• Photographers and Videographers affiliated with accredited media or independently established

• Online Media Creators, including bloggers, podcasters, and YouTube/TikTok/Instagram/X (formerly Twitter) influencers

• Cultural or Fandom Publications, academic reviewers, and educational content platforms

 

All applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the event and must demonstrate relevance, reach, or a history of consistent, professional output.

Note: Individuals without a clear editorial or press-related function, such as photographers seeking content solely for private portfolios, portfolio-only creatives, or merchandise resellers, are generally not eligible for Media Passes.

However, photographers who intend to capture event photography for public access and provide their images free of charge (via online galleries or public albums) may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure that your intent and distribution method are clearly described in your application.

Pass Benefits

Approved Media Pass holders receive:

 

• Complimentary admission to the event

• Designated badge and credentialed access

• Access to public programming for documentation purposes

• Permission to photograph and film in general-access areas

• Opportunities for official interviews (by request, pending approval)

 

Note: Access to Green Rooms, Backstage, Guest Holding, or Staff Areas is prohibited unless specifically arranged through OS4CA Media Relations.

Note: Media Pass holders may not independently approach, schedule, or conduct interviews with guests, partners, staff, or volunteers without prior coordination and approval from OS4CA. All interview requests must be submitted through OS4CA Media Relations and are subject to availability, guest agreements, and event operations. Unapproved interviews or interview attempts may result in revocation of media credentials and ban from the Media Program.

Application Process

All Media Pass applicants must complete the official Media Pass Request Form. Submission does not guarantee approval.

Applications will be evaluated based on:

 

• Relevance to the mission of OS4CA or its events

• Demonstrated audience engagement and professionalism

• Prior history of coverage (especially for returning media)

• Agreement to abide by all OS4CA policies

 

We strongly encourage applications to be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event. On-site or last-minute requests may be delayed or may not be reviewed.

Terms of Use & Agreement

By applying, you agree to the following conditions:

1. You are the legal and authorized representative of your organization or media entity.

2. OS4CA may reproduce, in part or whole, any materials you produce which mention or depict OS4CA events, for promotional or archival purposes.

3. You will provide proper attribution in all media coverage related to OS4CA, including credit for our events, properties, and individuals depicted.

4. You recognize that the branding, name, likeness, and image of OS4CA events are the intellectual property of OS4CA and cannot be used in a misleading, disrespectful, or monetized fashion.

5. All media captured at OS4CA events must be used for editorial purposes only. Commercial use, including monetized promotions, advertisements, sponsored content, or merchandise, is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.

6. You agree to comply with all OS4CA policies, including general conduct, Media Policy, safety protocols, and access restrictions. Violations may result in badge revocation and removal from the event, with the possibility of future bans for individuals or entities.
