Industry Exchange Program (IEP)

by OS4CA

A Program of

The Industry Exchange Program (IEP) is a collaborative initiative of the Oklahoma Society for Culture Appreciation (OS4CA) designed to support shared learning, cross-promotion, and professional exchange between event producers, conventions, organizations, and community-focused institutions.

IEP is intended for:

  • Event management companies seeking to expand reach or audience engagement

  • New or developing conventions looking to exchange ideas and best practices

  • Non-profit organizations with aligned or complementary missions

  • Established events or programs interested in professional collaboration

Organizations participating in the Industry Exchange Program engage in a mutual exchange of access, insight, and visibility, with the goal of strengthening events and community initiatives on both sides.

What OS4CA Provides

Depending on scope, availability, and event scale, OS4CA may provide participating IEP organizations with:

  • An Exhibitor table or designated exhibitor space

  • Badges or credentials appropriate to the exchange

  • Staff hospitality, when available

  • Behind-the-scenes access to event operations and planning

  • One-on-one time with key OS4CA staff, subject to availability and scheduling

These elements are structured to provide meaningful insight into event operations, community engagement, and organizational workflows.

Reciprocal Exchange

As part of the Industry Exchange Program, OS4CA would typically be offered comparable access and opportunities in return, which may include:

  • An Exhibitor table or equivalent space

  • Badges or credentials

  • Staff hospitality, when available

  • Behind-the-scenes access to your event or operations

  • One-on-one time with key members of your staff, subject to availability

The specific components of each exchange—including exhibitor space, hospitality, access, and meetings—are negotiable and tailored to the needs, scale, and capacity of each participating organization.

Why Participate?

The Industry Exchange Program is built on the idea that continued success comes from shared knowledge, collaboration, and innovation. By opening space for professional dialogue and operational transparency, IEP helps organizations learn from one another, refine their practices, and build lasting industry relationships.

If you’re interested in participating in the Industry Exchange Program or exploring cross-promotion opportunities, please complete the IEP inquiry form to start the conversation.
