Purchasing Your Badge​​

BASE PRICE: $70 (includes all taxes and fees)

SALE STARTS: February 3rd, 2024 - 12:00 am CST

SALE ENDS:  June 7th, 2024  - 11:59 pm CST


REQUIREMENTS: A valid photo I.D. is required to pick up your badge; or attendee may provide copies of both registration confirmation (Wufoo or Ticketsauce) and payment confirmation (PayPal or Square)



We currently run on a Point of Contact system. When registering, the name listed on the order will be eligible to pick up all Badges on the order.  Badges are intentionally left blank for personalization.

What's Available?

TOK Convenience Pass - $15

*Requires a valid & up to date mailing address*

Skip the registration lines and jump right into the event

Badges are shipped at least two weeks prior to the convention. The $15 fee applies to processing, handling, postage, and advanced printing of TOK badges.


Unless you have opted for the TOK Convenience Pass, badges will NOT be mailed and will ONLY be available on location at the event.

- Children's Pass

Bringing your kids? With the purchase of an Adult (18+) Weekend or Adult (18+) Day Badge, one child (12 and under)  is eligible to enter the event for free! - Limit one (1) childs pass per Adult (18+) Weekend or Adult (18+) Day Badge.


Gaming Passes & Shopping Passes are NOT eligible for a Children's Pass.

- 2024 Convention T-Shirt Pre-Order - $15

Pre-ordered shirts will be available at the OS4CA Merch Booth, located in the Vendor Room, starting at 3pm on the Friday of the convention.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, shirts must be picked up by 4pm on the Sunday of the convention or they will be placed back into general sales.

All sales are final.

A transfer option is available.
