Partner With OS4CA

The Oklahoma Society for Culture Appreciation (OS4CA) partners with organizations, institutions, and community groups to advance shared missions through culture, education, and community-centered entertainment.

Partnerships with OS4CA are collaborative in nature. They may be ongoing or project-based, organization-wide or event-specific, and are designed to support mutual goals rather than transactional outcomes.

Partnership does not require financial contribution.

What Partnership Means at OS4CA

At OS4CA, partnership is defined by collaboration and alignment, not sponsorship or advertising.

Partnerships may involve:

Joint programming or initiatives
Community events and activations
Educational or cultural collaboration
Information sharing and community visibility
Operational or resource-based cooperation

Partnerships are not:

Sponsorships or donations
Vendor or exhibitor placements
Paid advertising opportunities

Organization-Wide Partnerships

OS4CA partners with organizations at the organizational level to support shared missions, long-term collaboration, and community impact beyond individual events.

Mission & Community Partners

Mission & Community Partnerships focus on shared values and aligned objectives.

These partnerships may include:

Joint community initiatives
Cultural or educational outreach
Collaborative engagement projects
Awareness or advocacy efforts aligned with organizational missions

These partnerships are often ongoing but may also be project-specific.

Community Info Partners

OS4CA maintains public-facing informational resources designed to highlight community organizations, programs, and events.

Through Directory, Calendar & Information Systems, organizations may:

Share upcoming events or initiatives for visibility
Be included in curated organizational directories
Participate in broader community awareness efforts

Inclusion within these resources is collaborative and curated, and does not imply endorsement, exclusivity, or guaranteed promotion.

Program & Initiative Partners

Program & Initiative Partnerships involve collaboration on specific activities, offerings, or engagement efforts.

These partnerships may include:
• Educational or skills-based programming
• Workshops, panels, or demonstrations
• Community-facing initiatives
• Support for cultural or creative development efforts

Program partnerships are evaluated based on alignment, capacity, and relevance, and participation is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Operational & Resource Partners

Operational & Resource Partnerships focus on non-financial collaboration that supports shared work.

These partnerships may include:

Shared use of space, equipment, or services
Expertise or advisory collaboration
Volunteer or staffing cooperation
Logistical or operational support

Any exchange involving financial contribution, branding benefits, or recognition is handled separately through sponsorship agreements.

Event Partnerships

In addition to organization-wide collaboration, OS4CA partners with organizations on event-specific initiatives.

Event partnerships are collaborative and focus on enhancing programming, engagement, and community experience.

Entertainment Partners

Organizations contributing to event experiences through content, activations, or guest-facing engagement.

Programming Partners

Organizations collaborating on panels, workshops, demonstrations, or educational offerings.

Community Partners

Local and regional organizations supporting community engagement, cultural representation, or civic participation at events.

Event partnerships are scoped to the needs and capacity of each event and do not imply ongoing organizational partnership unless otherwise established.

Partner Relationship Management

OS4CA treats partnerships as active relationships, not one-time transactions.

To support this, OS4CA maintains structured partner relationship practices, including:

Year-round coordination for ongoing partners
Defined planning windows for events, programs, and initiatives
Clear communication channels for updates, requests, and coordination
Asset intake and usage processes for calendars, logos, copy, and promotional materials
Expectation alignment regarding visibility, participation, and collaboration scope

Partnerships are reviewed periodically to ensure continued alignment, capacity, and mutual benefit.

OS4CA reserves the right to adjust, pause, or conclude partnerships as organizational needs evolve.
