Partner Services

Interested in partnering with OS4CA for any of our events? We would love for you to reach out! Here is a breakdown of our current event sponsorship options.

Community Sponsor

Community sponsors typically provide a small discount or free themed item(s) for the duration of the event if the patron presents Tokyo, OK Event Badge or entry. This would be a benefit available to all participants of the event. Community Sponsors receive:

  • One (1) sponsor specific promotion post or push notification per day across our social media and our OS4CA Events App during the event, Thursday-Sunday.

  • Their company logo is in the special partnership section of the website.

  • Advertisement of promotion on a Community Sponsor section of our website.

  • Their company logo featured in our app and in our registration system.

  • They are listed in our “Community Sponsor Thank You” Post.

  • Two (2) weekend passes & two (2) Saturday Day passes to give away to staff members to attend the event.

  • We request all efforts be made to finalize details for these sponsorships a week before the event.

Attendee Sponsor

Attendee Sponsors typically offer one (1) or both (2) of the following options:

  1. Attendee Sponsor offers up to 1000 Standard Value Coupons or Vouchers for inclusion in our Early Bird/Pre-Registration Sponsored Bags, (valid at least through the end of year.

  2. Attendee Sponsor offers 100 Higher Value Coupons or Vouchers for inclusion in our Sakura Club (VIP) Membership Package, valid at least through the end of Year.

In return, Attendee Sponsors receive:

  • Two (2) sponsor specific promotion posts or push notification across our social media and our OS4CA Events App during the event, Thursday-Sunday.

  • A mention in our Saturday reminder.

  • Their company logo featured in our app and in our registration system.

  • A distinction as Attendee Sponsor (Pre-Reg Sponsor, Sakura Sponsor, or Attendee Sponsor, depending on offerings) under Logo on our website and app.

  • They are listed in our “Attendee Sponsor Thank You” Post.

  • Promotion material placement at information desks and designated promo space and additional promotional material in sponsored bags.

  • Their logo is featured on Event Staff shirts.

  • Four (4) weekend passes to give away to staff members to attend the event.

  • The deadline to receive the Staff Shirt Logo benefit is a month before the event in order to accommodate shirt printing time.

Staff Sponsor

Staff Sponsors typically provide one of any of the following:

  1. Up to 250 Coupons or Vouchers for inclusion in our Staff Thank You package, valid at least through the end of year;

  2. A specific discount to patrons who show their staff member badge in store during the event; or

  3. A monetary or culinary donation specifically directed towards feeding our volunteer staff members during the event.

In return, Staff Sponsors receive:

  • Two (2) sponsor specific promotion posts or push notification across our social media and our OS4CA Events App during the event, Thursday-Sunday.

  • Their company logo featured in our app and in our registration system.

  • A distinction as Staff Sponsor under Logo on our website and app.

  • Acknowledgement in our “Staff Sponsor Thank You” Post.

  • Promotion material placement at information desks and designated promo space.

  • Their logo will be featured on Event Staff shirts.

  • Three (3) weekend passes to give away to staff members to attend the event.

The deadline to receive the Staff Shirt Logo benefit is a month before the event in order to accommodate shirt printing time.

Contest and Giveaway Sponsor

Contests or Giveaways Sponsors typically provide retail value prize support or pre-loaded in-store gift cards. In exchange, the sponsor will receive:

  • Two (2) sponsor specific promotion posts or push notification across our social media and our OS4cA Events App during the event, Thursday- Sunday.

  • They will be mentioned in our Saturday reminder.

  • Their company logo will be featured in our app and in our registration system.

  • A distinction as Attendee Sponsor (Pre-Reg Sponsor, Sakura Sponsor, or Attendee Sponsor, depending on offerings) under Logo on our website and app.

  • Promotion material placement at information desks and designated promo space and additional promotional material in Sponsored bags.

  • Their logo featured on Event Staff shirts.

  • Four (4) weekend passes to give away to staff members to attend the event.

The deadline to receive the Staff Shirt Logo benefit is a month before the event in order to accommodate shirt printing time.

Volunteer Donation

$501 - $1000

Supports our Volunteers  during our events by supplying meals and other resources.

  • Your business will be listed as a sponsor on our event website, specifically under our Volunteer Sponsor listing

Bronze Donation

$1001 - $2000

Your business will be listed as a sponsor on our event website

 

  • Social Media promotions - 2 per month leading up to the event - will be listed with other Bronze tier sponsors

Gold Donation

$5001 - $10,000

Your business will be listed as a sponsor on our event website

 

  • Social Media promotions - 5 per month leading up to the event - will be listed with other Gold tier sponsors

  • Shared promotional posts to our social media

  • Event specific app push advertisements - 8 per event

  • Logo on Volunteer shirts

Platinum Donation

$10,000+

Your business will be listed as a sponsor on our event website

 

  • Social Media promotions - 7 per month leading up to the event - will be listed separately from other Platinum sensors

  • Shared promotional posts to our social media

  • Event specific app push advertisements - 8 per event

  • Logo on Volunteer shirts

Silver Donation

$2001 - $5000

Your business will be listed as a sponsor on our event website

 

  • Social Media promotions - 3 per month leading up to the event - will be listed with other Silver tier sponsors

  • Shared promotional posts to our social media

  • Event specific app push advertisements - 3 per event 

  • Logo on Volunteer shirts

Charitable Donation

Businesses can offer to match our charitable donation at the end of our events, or donate an amount directly to the charity that our event is supporting.
