LINC UP (the Local, Individual & Neighborhood Connections: Unity Platform) is a community initiative by the Oklahoma Society for Culture Appreciation (OS4CA) that supports connection, participation, and visibility across local cultural and community spaces.

 

LINC UP is a collection of programs that brings together information, resources, and community-focused initiatives that help people discover local opportunities, engage with organizations and programs, and participate in shared cultural experiences. Through coordinated outreach, curated information, and participation-driven activities, the platform supports ongoing engagement between individuals, neighborhoods, organizations, and local commerce.

 

By connecting people with what is happening around them and who is involved in shaping those spaces, LINC UP helps strengthen community ecosystems and encourages sustained involvement in arts, culture, education, fandom, and civic life.
