Pre-Paid On-Site Pick-up

The P.O.P. Registration system is our new super easy, one-stop-shop system for badge and pass purchases! 

Badges & Passes will NOT be available for purchase on-location.

Register before you arrive or when you get on-site.  All registrations should be available within 5 minutes or less!

General Admission - Weekend Badges
Base Price: $70 (includes all taxes and fees)

You will have access to all events happening during the convention, excluding Sakura membership events. This includes gaming, shopping, panels and main events!

One Day General Admission Badges are sold on day-of only and good for only the day of purchase
You will have access to all events happening during the day the badge is purchased for, excluding Sakura membership events. This includes gaming, shopping, panels and main events!

Gaming - 1 Day Pass
Base Price: $20 (includes all taxes and fees)
Only good for access to Gaming Central, provided by Dice Addiction & Warguts E-Sports, located in the Cox Business & Convention Center and TOK Tabletop HQ in the 17 West Hotel.

You will have access to all Console/Tabletop/CCG gaming during the convention.

Shopping - 1 Day Pass
Base Price: $20 (includes all taxes and fees)
A Shopping Pass is only good for access to artist & vendor areas (Cox Business & Convention Center) for the day purchased.

Shopping passes will not be sold after after 2:00 pm on Sunday.

 

REQUIREMENTS: A valid photo I.D. is required to pick up your badge; or attendee may provide copies of your registration confirmation (Eventology/TicketSauce) or QR Code.

IMPORTANT INFO

• Badges or Passes will NOT be mailed and NOT available for pickup on Thursday.

• Day, Shopping, and Gaming Passes will be available for purchase at:

  • 8:30pm, Thursday Night - for Friday Passes​

  • 9:00pm, Friday Night - for Saturday Passes

  • 9:00pm, Saturday Night - for Sunday Passes

​

• Person listed as point of contact will be able to pick up all badges. Please use the contact form  if the point of contact will need to change.

​

• Attendees are urged to retain both registration and payment confirmations for their records.

​

• Children 12 and under are allowed in free with paid adult (18 & Over) weekend or day pass. Shopping and Gaming passes are not included - limit 1 per paid pass. Children 5 and under  are free. TOK Kids badges will be available with a quick electronic registration form in the Specialty Pass line located at the Hyatt Regency.

• All sales are final. Please visit the FAQ for information on transfer/refund requests and lost badges
