Charity Ball
We will be holding a Charity Ball on Thursday, July 13th at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown. The chosen theme will reflect the main theme of the Tokyo, OK event: The Horde of the Undead vs. The High School Heroes!
Admission is $10 at the door. 100% of the profits will go towards Special Kids Care. Sales will start at 7:45pm and conclude at 10:00pm. Both cash and card will be accepted.
Dress is semi-formal / semi-formal cosplay, or Lolita; jeans and t-shirts will not be allowed.
This year we are welcoming The Burnt Courthouse to give a short demonstration on ballroom dancing! They will be taking the first twenty minutes of the ball to teach some basic dance steps and the Hustle!

The Burnt Courthouse consists of Dat Ashe Cosplay and Court's Cosplay. The duo were first place winners in our skit contest in 2022, and have attended many TOK events! Join The Burnt Courthouse at the Charity Ball for a great cause!

The Charity Ball is for everyone to feel comfortable, welcome, and safe. As such anyone whose conduct makes another guest feel uncomfortable will be asked to leave without refund and may risk losing their convention pass.

Unwanted actions can include but are not limited to unwanted proposals to dance or take pictures, starring in an inappropriate manner, overly aggressive behavior, language that demeans other people or groups, etc.

Everyone must have a wristband to enter the Ball, and the wristband must be shown to any Tokyo, OK volunteer when requested.

No alcohol will be permitted at the Ball.
