POST CONTEST
Picking Up Your Artwork:
All artwork may be picked up Sunday from 12pm – 4pm unless other arrangements have been made prior to that time. Any artwork that is not picked up becomes the property of Tokyo, OK. Artwork will not be mailed to you unless a paid, self-addressed stamped envelope is provided.
OTHER INFO
Do Nots:
Original fan art will be accepted as long as it is your artwork and not a reproduction of a copyrighted image. We understand that some artists may use AI Tools in creating their artworks, thus these tools must be properly identified if used in your artwork. Please reference our AI Generated Art Policy for detailed information. Pornographic images or anything depicting sexual acts will not be allowed. (A good rule of thumb is that if it’s questionable, then you probably can’t show it.)
Displaying Your Work:
It is a good idea to have your artwork neatly mounted. Simple mat boards make an excellent showcase for your art and make displaying it much easier. Although entry forms will be completed, it is a good idea to have your name, address, and email/contact number just in case.
*As a reminder, cash equivalent is no longer offered in lieu of membership prizes.
